What does “Alchemize” mean?
The word Alchemize comes from the root Alchemy, and refers to the process of transforming as if by magic. The process of learning Jiu Jitsu is the same kind of transformation; you show up on the mat to train and you will find that overtime your entire life transforms. One day you look up and find that you’re more confident, resilient, healthy, surrounded by community, and that you are HAPPIER.
We are inspired by that transformation because we have seen it in ourselves! And we want to inspire more people to alchemize toward their potential.
Why was Alchemize started?
Our founder couldn’t find the Jiu Jitsu gear she wanted to train in. She looked around and saw that most of the women she trained with had the same problem. After being frustrated by the lack of options, the bad fits, and the girly-looking designs for too long; she decided to make a rashguard for herself. And now it is growing from there.
How do I cancel an order?

Can I edit or add anything in my order?

Will you restock sold-out items?
There may be a restock of the item(s) you are interested in. You can sign up for restock notifications by clicking on the "notify me when available" button when viewing a specific product. You can also sign up for our email list so all of our announcements regarding collection restocks come right to your inbox.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?
Please proceed to our returns portal here to create a return/exchange.
What do I do if I received a defective item?

Can I change my address on an order?
As long as your order has not begun processing, we can change your address in our system. To do this, please contact customer service at email@example.com with your order number and new address.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are expected to be processed within 3 business days. Note: this does exclude shipment times once your package has left our facility.
What happens if my order was sent to an incorrectly entered address?
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. If items are shipped to an incorrectly entered address, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to see if they are able to help.
My package says it has been delivered but I do not have it.
