Orders & Shipping
We process orders within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times vary by location:
- U.S. Orders: 1-7 business days
- International Orders: 7-21 business days
Yes! We ship worldwide via UPS, DHL, and Fedex. International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
We cannot cancel an order once it has been fulfilled. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at info@alchemizefightwear.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes we cannot guarantee changes.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Shipping Address: adding an apartment number, or changing the entire address
- Name change
- Product change: Example size, color, over all product
- We can not combine orders.
- No discounts can be applied after the order is submitted.
You will have to wait to receive the order, then submit a return request. Your refund will be processed once we receive your unworn item within 3-5 business days. The timeline is subject to change due to holidays.
If you input the incorrect shipping address, we are unable to update the shipping address if an order has already been shipped. You will need to contact the shipping carrier to ask for a change and see what modifications they can offer. Alchemize Fightwear customer service is not available to contact the shipping carrier to update the address or have the order become a return to sender. You as the buyer are responsible for this.
Please reach out to the carrier to get an update and file a claim. Once you’ve filed the claim, please contact our customer service team at info@alchemizefightwear.com and they will help resolve this issue.
Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days from the time of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your request will be denied.
- You can submit a return in our returns portal.
- The item must be unused
- Same condition that you received it
- Original packaging
- Cannot be worn, washed, or trained in.
- No signs of detergent
- No signs of deodarant
- No pet hair
*Your order will be rejected and sent back to you if any of the above are seen upon inspection.
- You must accept the return policy before your return is approved.
- You have 30 days from the time of delivery to process a return for a refund, exchange or store credit.
- During the Christmas season you then have 45 days from time of delivery for a return.
- The product must be in its original undamaged packaging, good condition and cannot be worn, washed, or trained in. If it is washed, smells of detergent, used, has deodorant stains, or pet hair upon arrival or your order will be rejected and sent back to you.
- No returns, refunds, store credit on event tickets, sale or clearance items NO EXCEPTIONS.
- There is a flat rate fee if you do not opt into Checkout+
- International return labels are bought by customers.
- We offer instant exchanges. You will put a card on file, and the amount of your exchange will be held. Until your product is received. Once your return is received the hold will be taken off of your account.
- Please complete all the steps for the return process on the returns portal.
*We DO NOT refund you for shipping labels or custom fees. NO EXCEPTIONS
We quality control every item and order, if you have received a defective or wrong item we apologize.
Please proceed to our returns portal here to create a return/exchange. Please be as descriptive as possible when processing your exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an automated email that’ll notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also get an automated notification upon approval or rejection of your request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
Refunds on shipping and custom fees:
- We do not refund any shipping fees.
- We do not refund any additional custom fees that incur after order has been shipped.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Sale Items
- Event Tickets
NO EXCEPTIONS
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Yes! Alchemize gear is made for women who train—designed with real fighters' bodies in mind for the perfect balance of fit, function, and durability.
Absolutely. Our gear is tested by fighters and built to stay put during high-intensity training and competition.
Not every item on our site is competition legal but we do have a number of IBJJF legal gis, shorts, spats, and rash guards. Those products are marked IBJJF legal in the product description.
