Do you have a live representative?

We do not have a live representative available to answer your questions. Please be as specific as possible when reaching out to customer service to help ensure a faster resolution with your questions, and any issues you may be having. Add your order number, full name and email address associated with the order so we can assist you promptly. 

How long will I wait for a response from customer service?

We do our best to respond within 2 business days. Hours are subject to change during holidays. 

How do I cancel an order?

Please reach out to support at info@alchemizefightwear.com with your order number to request an order cancellation. They will do their best to assist you. 

If an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. 

What happens if my order is fulfilled and I change my mind?

You will have to wait to receive the order, then submit a refund request at Alchemize Fightwear. Once your request is submitted. Your refund will be processed once we receive your unworn item within 3-5 business days. Time is subject to change due to holidays. 

Can I edit or add anything in my order?

Please reach out to support at info@alchemizefightwear.com with your order number and email address associated with the account to request an order edit. They will do their best to assist you.

Will you restock sold-out items?

There may be a restock of the item(s) you are interested in. You can sign up for restock notifications by clicking on the "notify me when available" button when viewing a specific product. You can also sign up for our email list so all of our announcements regarding collection restocks come right to your inbox.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?

Please proceed to our returns portal here to create a return/exchange. Please be descriptive as possible when processing your exchange. 

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

If you feel that you are experiencing a manufacturing issue, please contact our customer service team at info@alchemizefightwear.com. Also, please process your return/exchange here. Please be descriptive as possible when processing your exchange. 

Can I change my address on an order?

As long as your order has not begun processing, we can change your address in our system. To do this, please contact customer service at info@alchemizefightwear.com with your order number and new address. They will do their best to submit the update prior to shipping out your package. 


How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are expected to be processed within 3 business days. Note: This excludes shipment times once your package has left our facility. Shipping time is subject to change during holidays. 

What happens if my order was sent to an incorrectly entered address?

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. If items are shipped to an incorrectly entered address, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to see if they are able to help. 

My package says it has been delivered but I do not have it.

Please contact our customer service team at info@alchemizefightwear.com and they will help resolve this issue. Please reach out to the carrier as well to get an update.

Domestic:

FREE 4-6 day shipping on orders $150 and above 

4-6 day shipping for $5

International: 

We offer global shipping, with speeds and prices based on your region.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.  We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees your order incurs at customs.
